Seaside Chiropractic
Hingham, Massachusetts
There are some businesses you walk into and immediately feel the difference.
Not because of the décor or the waiting room—but because of the people.
At Seaside Chiropractic in Hingham, families are greeted by an office that embraces the beautiful unpredictability of everyday life. Babies cry. Toddlers explore. Parents exhale. Conversations happen without rushing. It feels less like a traditional medical office and more like a place where families are welcomed exactly as they are.
For Dr. Amanda and Dr. Brendan, that’s entirely intentional.
“We want families to feel comfortable showing up as they are,” they shared. “We understand family life, and we’ve built our office to support it.”
That philosophy extends far beyond chiropractic care.
For the Seaside team, wellness begins with supporting the nervous system—the body’s communication network—and helping people feel more connected, regulated, and at ease. Their goal isn’t simply to relieve discomfort. It’s to create an environment where families feel supported, informed, and empowered as they navigate every stage of life.
Pregnancy. Postpartum. Infancy. Childhood. Parenthood.
These are seasons that can be joyful, exhausting, and everything in between. Seaside Chiropractic has intentionally become a place where those experiences are met with compassion instead of judgment.
“One of the reasons our practice exists is to help families feel less alone,” they explained. “We want people to feel seen, respected, and supported.”
That mission is deeply personal.
Both Dr. Amanda and Dr. Brendan found chiropractic through their own experiences.
Dr. Amanda originally planned to pursue a traditional medical career but found herself searching for a more personal approach to healthcare after feeling like “just another number” within the system. Chiropractic offered something different—a philosophy centered on the body’s ability to heal and regulate when properly supported.
Dr. Brendan entered the profession with dreams of working alongside athletes, inspired by his own background in sports. But as they prepared to welcome their first child, his perspective shifted. Family wellness became his focus, and today he finds just as much purpose helping newborns and parents as he once imagined helping competitors.
Together, they’ve built Seaside Chiropractic around one simple belief:
Every family deserves care that fits their story.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach here.
Some patients prefer traditional chiropractic adjustments. Others feel more comfortable with gentle techniques. Every visit begins with listening—understanding concerns, goals, comfort levels, and creating care that feels collaborative instead of prescriptive.
That same mindset shapes the office itself.
Children are free to be children. Nursing mothers have a comfortable space to feed. Parents never need to apologize if life looks a little messy that day.
“It’s not unusual for our office to feel more like a daycare than a doctor’s office,” they laughed. “We actually love that.”
As parents themselves, Amanda and Brendan understand that caring for families extends beyond the adjustment table.
They’re continually building relationships with local midwives, doulas, lactation consultants, mental health professionals, massage therapists, physical therapists, and other providers who share their family-centered philosophy. Their long-term vision is to create a collaborative wellness community where families can access trusted support under one roof.
Even today, that spirit of connection already defines Seaside.
Their current Hingham office—the third location since opening their practice—feels bright, welcoming, and intentionally designed for the people they serve. Community classes, educational workshops, and family-centered gatherings are already part of the future they’re creating.
Because for Seaside Chiropractic, success isn’t measured simply by appointments.
It’s measured by stronger families.
Calmer homes.
More confident parents.
Children who feel supported.
And a community where no one has to navigate life’s biggest transitions alone.
Their very first office displayed a simple sign that still reflects everything they believe today:
Expect miracles.
For Amanda and Brendan, those miracles aren’t always dramatic.
Sometimes they’re found in a sleeping newborn, a calmer household, a parent finally feeling heard, or a family discovering they don’t have to do it all alone.
